We grow only one variety of garlic, and much of it... almost 10,000 bulbs. It is planted in October and harvested the following July, when it is hung to dry, cleaned and prepared for market and planting. We sell it at various stages including spring garlic, garlic scapes, mature green garlic and dried garlic. Exeter Park is well-known for its seed garlic because we grow bulbs with large uniform cloves. We offer garlic growing demonstrations and tips so be sure to ask if you want to put a couple seeds in the ground.
